Deck overview

This five-color Assassin typal deck leverages Ezio Auditore da Firenze to cheat mana costs and execute opponents through combat. The primary game plan deploys low-cost, evasive Assassins on the first two turns to consistently trigger freerunning. Once enabled, Ezio allows expensive Assassins to enter for just two black mana, rapidly establishing a wide board of lethal attackers. Card draw enchantments and combat triggers ensure a continuous stream of threats. Life-halving creatures like Virtus the Veiled and Unstoppable Slasher drop opponent life totals into range of Ezio's five-color execution ability. If Ramses, Assassin Lord is present, eliminating one player immediately wins the entire game. The deck also utilizes powerful asymmetric board wipes like Kindred Dominance and Desynchronization to clear opposing blockers while keeping its own historic and typal board intact. Mana fixing artifacts and lands ensure all five colors are available to activate Ezio's execution trigger.
