Deck overview

This is a Boros quest-counter Equipment midrange deck helmed by Moira Brown, Guide Author. Moira ETBs with a Book Equipment that pumps the equipped creature by +1/+1 per quest counter you control, and her attack trigger freely places quest counters. The 99 layers Fallout quest payoffs (Craig Boone, Novac Guard, Overseer of Vault 76, Sierra, Nuka's Biggest Fan, Duchess, Wayward Tavernkeep), dense proliferate (Metastatic Evangel, Norn's Choirmaster, Grateful Apparition, Throne of Geth), and a compact Equipment package (Sword of the Animist, Bladehold War-Whip, Pip-Boy 3000, Wyleth, Soul of Steel, Reyav, Master Smith). Primary wins come from combat-double-strike voltron swings and go-wide anthems-rather than combos. Flicker pieces (Ephemerate, Teleportation Circle, Fortune, Loyal Steed) rebuy ETBs and protect key bodies. The deck plays as a grindy value engine that slowly snowballs counters into lethal boards.
