Deep Sea by Sapphire

Format: Commander

Commander: Sin, Spira's Punishment

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sin, Spira's Punishment leads a Sultai sea-monster graveyard value deck. You fill the graveyard with surveil, mill and discard, then cast Sin to exile a random permanent and create a tapped token copy of it, repeating the process when you hit lands. The main win is combat with large Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses and Serpents, boosted by Unnatural Growth, Serpent of Yawning Depths and Spawning Kraken 9/9 tokens, with Dark Depths into Marit Lage as an alternate finisher. Sin, Unending Cataclysm is the counter-doubling back face, but the deck is built for the Spira's Punishment recursion engine. Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep acts as hidden commander, chaining free sea-monster casts and card advantage.
