Deck overview

Namor the Sub-Mariner leads a classic mono-blue Merfolk aggro-tempo deck that blends tribal lord synergies with coastal combat card advantage and noncreature spell token generation. The deck establishes early board presence through low-cost Merfolk and ramp, deploys Namor on turn 3, and transitions into aggressive combat by turns 4 and 5. By leveraging islandwalk enablers such as Harbinger of the Seas, Lord of Atlantis, and Master of the Pearl Trident, the deck makes its creature swarm unblockable against most mana bases. Combat damage triggers from Seafloor Oracle, Enduring Curiosity, and Svyelun of Sea and Sky replenish hand resources rapidly, fueling countermagic to shield against board sweepers. Overloaded Cyclonic Rift and Commander's Plate provide finishing power, allowing the deck to eliminate all three opponents across turns 6 and 7 through overwhelming evasive damage.
