Deck overview

Veyran, Voice of Duality headlines a blue-red spellslinger deck built around doubling magecraft and spell-triggering permanents. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries with Veyran on the battlefield, converting each spell into extra draws, treasures, tokens, or burn, then close with a deterministic combo. The cleanest wins are Curiosity plus either Niv-Mizzet for an infinite draw-ping loop, or Baral's Expertise with Dualcaster Mage to copy it repeatedly and finish with a huge storm Grapeshot. Niv-Mizzet, Parun acts as a hidden commander and the deck's best draw-ping engine. A secondary plan uses Veyran to double token makers like Young Pyromancer and Talrand while Guttersnipe and Electrostatic Field drain life.
