Deck overview

Yuna, Grand Summoner helms a potent Bant +1/+1 counters deck designed to build overwhelming board states through exponential counter multiplication, dense card flow, and evasive combat finishes. The strategy begins with efficient low-CMC ramp to deploy Yuna ahead of curve, using her Grand Summon ability to immediately supercharge subsequent creature spells with bonus counters. Once engines like Fathom Mage, Managorger Hydra, and Evolution Sage hit the battlefield, counter doublers such as Branching Evolution, Kalonian Hydra, and Byrke, Long Ear of the Law rapidly inflate the board into lethal territory. Combat evasion enablers like Champion of Lambholt and Sphere Grid translate massive power into multi-player knockouts, while Damning Verdict provides a one-sided reset. The deck also harbors a deterministic infinite draw loop via Fathom Mage and Level 3 Wizard Class. Supported by resilient counter-retention and protection spells, the list delivers consistent, explosive midrange pressure across mid-power Commander tables.
