Deck overview

This is a Mono-Red Dragon/Treasure tribal deck helmed by Smaug the Magnificent. The plan is to flood the board with Treasure tokens through Dragons, sagas, and spells, then convert that hoard into overwhelming mana and burn. Smaug's upkeep creates a Treasure, and his attack trigger deals damage equal to the number of Treasures you control - a scalable finisher that Desert Were-Worm's extra combat doubles. Terror of the Peaks, Dragon Tempest, and Alchemist's Talent provide additional burn, while big flying Dragons close out via combat. The deck is a midrange value engine that snowballs Treasures into a critical mass of mana and damage, winning through Smaug's repeated attack triggers or a swarm of Dragon beats.
