Deck overview

This Sultai deck is helmed by Indominus Rex, Alpha, functioning as a hybrid Voltron and Keyword Reanimator strategy. The primary game plan accelerates into a Turn 4 commander deployment, pitching multi-keyword creatures from hand to endow Indominus with a lethal combination of hexproof, haste, trample, flying, and lifelink while drawing a massive grip of cards. By discarding high-impact creatures such as Sire of Seven Deaths and Hit-Monkey, the deck simultaneously builds an untargetable, evasive combat threat and loads the graveyard with prime reanimation targets. Follow-up turns capitalize on cards like Reanimate, Virtue of Persistence, and Luxior, Giada's Gift to multiply power and expand the board. Built-in keyword counters grant immense natural resilience against standard removal, allowing the pilot to hold up cheap countermagic like Stubborn Denial and blink spells to dodge exile sweepers, steadily dismantling the table across consecutive combat phases.
