One drop Bruce by user1262001

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a low-to-the-ground Temur deck built around Bruce Banner transforming into The Incredible Hulk. The front side is a cheap, repeatable draw engine; once Bruce has been on the battlefield, a six-mana activation flips him into an 8/8 reach/trample threat whose enrage ability adds +1/+1 counters, untaps him, and creates additional combat phases whenever damage is dealt to him. The deck supports that plan with an unusually dense pile of one-mana burn spells, pinger creatures, cantrips, and mana dorks. The pilot accelerates with elves and land auras, uses Bruce's draw ability to find enough cheap pings, flips to the Hulk, then chains combats by pinging the Hulk mid-combat, ending opponents through accumulating commander damage. A small aggro shell of hasty one-drops, pump spells, Colossus Hammer, and Rogue's Passage provides backup reach. There are no infinite combos; the win is a combat-chain beatdown.
