Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger strategy led by Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot. Lilah plots multicolored instant and sorcery spells as they resolve from hand, banking them in exile to be cast for zero mana on subsequent turns. This enables explosive storm turns where multiple free spells trigger payoffs like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Young Pyromancer, and Thousand-Year Storm. Mana velocity is bolstered by cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer and Stormcatch Mentor, with Storm-Kiln Artist providing massive Treasure generation during storm turns. While the list contains an accidental infinite creature combo in Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame, it primarily operates by accumulating card advantage, chipping away at opposing life totals, and unleashing a decisive burst of burn and token combat.
