Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Izzet combo shell leveraging Yusri, Fortune's Flame primarily as a source of mid-game card advantage while pursuing compact, game-ending infinite creature combinations. The primary game plan revolves around assembling two-piece synergies between copy effects (Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Splinter Twin, Dualcaster Mage, Molten Duplication, Twinflame) and untap or copy-trigger creatures (Pestermite, Deceiver Exarch, Corridor Monitor, Zealous Conscripts). Dense functional redundancy and flexible tutors like Imperial Recruiter, Spellseeker, and Step Through ensure rapid assembly by Turn 4. The deck protects its combo turn using efficient 1-mana countermagic, targeted protection spells like Intervene and Slip Out the Back, and uncounterable or split-second enablers such as Hexing Squelcher and Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun. Once resolved, the combo generates infinite hasty attackers to eliminate all three opponents in a single combat step.
