Deck overview

Chulane, Teller of Tales leads a Bant bounce combo deck that turns each creature cast into a card and a land drop. The main engine loops cheap bounce creatures like Shrieking Drake, Whitemane Lion and Cloud of Faeries with bounce lands Azorius Chancery and Selesnya Sanctuary, generating infinite mana and draws via Lotus Cobra, Nissa, Resurgent Animist and Tireless Provisioner under Intruder Alarm or Mana Breach. Kodama of the East Tree acts as a hidden commander that cheats permanents into play. Wins finish with Psychosis Crawler draining on draw or Laboratory Maniac winning on an empty library, with Village Bell-Ringer untaps and Doc Samson plus Kami of Whispered Hopes plus Umbral Mantle as a commander-free backup.
