Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Naya landfall and lands-matter aggressive strategy commanded by Toph, the First Metalbender. Toph turns all nontoken artifacts into lands and turns lands into 0/0 hasty creature lands with +1/+1 counters via the earthbend mechanic. Earthbent lands feature built-in resilience, returning to the battlefield tapped if destroyed or exiled. The deck accelerates in the first three turns with low-cost ramp spells like Arbor Elf, Arcane Signet, and Shared Roots, deploying Toph on Turn 4. From there, it transitions into overwhelming combat pressure via landfall token generators such as Scute Swarm and Rampaging Baloths, or lethal combat multipliers like Toph, Greatest Earthbender granting double strike to land creatures. Supported by flexible removal and instant-speed protection like Boros Charm and Earthshape, the deck seeks to dominate the battlefield and close the game through wide, trampling combat damage around Turn 8.
