Deck overview

This mono-white deck harnesses Norika Yamazaki, the Poet to combine Voltron aggression with Enchantress recursion. The game plan leverages the 'attacks alone' mechanic, turning Norika or another Samurai/Warrior into a towering threat with scaling Auras like All That Glitters, Ethereal Armor, and Idolized. When Norika attacks alone, she retrieves enchantments from the graveyard, giving the deck steady resilience against removal. Combat multipliers such as Duelist's Heritage and Yuriko, Blade of the Mighty enable lethal commander damage against opponents one by one. Meanwhile, utility enchantments like Ghostly Prison, Spirit of the Labyrinth, and Aura of Silence slow down faster combo and aggro opponents. Token engines like Hallowed Haunting and Cathars' Crusade provide a go-wide backup plan if single-creature combat is stymied. While vulnerable to mass exile and edict effects, the deck presents steady pressure and strong recursive grind.
