Deck overview

Ratadrabik of Urborg leads a midrange aristocrats deck built around legendary creatures dying for value. Sacrifice outlets such as Viscera Seer, Bartolomé del Presidio, and Spawning Pit convert creatures into scrying, counters, or tokens. When another legendary creature dies, Ratadrabik of Urborg creates a nonlegendary Zombie copy, while Bastion of Remembrance, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Vindictive Vampire turn deaths into life loss. Teysa Karlov doubles many death triggers, and cards such as Ao, the Dawn Sky, Junji, the Midnight Sky, and Yosei, the Morning Star provide strong death effects. The deck has useful removal and some protection, but it is mana-hungry, has little tutoring, and lacks a deterministic infinite loop. Its ordinary plan is a turn-eight-or-later value engine, not a reliable table kill or hard lock.
