Deck overview

This deck is an Esper control and cheat-into-play strategy commanded by Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. The primary game plan revolves around manipulating the top of the library to cheat game-ending, odd-costed spells into play for free whenever Yennett attacks. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration through artifacts and low-cost value engines while using cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Aminatou, the Fateshifter, and Ponder to curate the top card of the library. Once Yennett attacks on Turn 5, she unleashes devastating odd-cost threats such as Void Winnower, Expropriate, Toxrill, the Corrosive, and Breach the Multiverse. These threats dismantle opposing boards, restrict opposing actions, and provide overwhelming board presence. Backed by efficient white and black spot removal, passive card draw engines like Rhystic Study, and asymmetric lock pieces, the deck secures the board and closes out games through dominant combat damage and card advantage.
