Doom Prevails

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Grixis Villain-tribal discard/connive deck helmed by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria. The core loop is simple and powerful: churn through your library with looting and rummaging spells, convert every discard into a payoff, and grind opponents out with incremental drain and a wide Villain board. Doctor Doom, King of Latveria turns each discarded land into 2 damage to every opponent and connives a Villain each combat, filtering cards while growing your board. The deck leans on a dense package of discard payoffs - Bone Miser, Cryptcaller Chariot, Monument to Endurance, Currency Converter - plus Villain synergies from Baron Strucker, HYDRA Overlord, Madame Hydra, and Red Ghost, Intangible Genius. Secondary value engines like Doom Reigns Supreme and Glorious Purpose eventually convert the churn into free spells. There is no fast combo; the deck wins through sustained card advantage, drain, and combat.
