Thorin by erikcapo01

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf tribal deck that turns Dwarf entries into Treasure and then turns Treasures into power. Thorin gives +1/+0 to other Dwarves for each artifact token you control, so every Treasure, Clue, or Food scales the board. The deck floods the board with cheap Dwarves, token doublers, and Treasure makers, then wins through pumped combat, Shared Animosity, or reach from Dain of the Ancient Halls and Smaug. Magda, Mondrak, and Roaming Throne act as hidden engines that double triggers or tutor. Without infinite combos, it wins by assembling a wide, tall board and attacking through.
