Deck overview

This deck is a mid-power Simic spellslinger list commanded by Quandrix, the Proof. The primary strategy focuses on ramping during the opening turns with traditional green land-search sorceries and mana creatures to cast the six-mana commander by turn 5. Once Quandrix, the Proof is deployed, every instant and sorcery cast from hand gains cascade, rapidly cheating additional nonland permanents and spells onto the battlefield. Payoffs like Talrand, Sky Summoner, Deekah, Fractal Theorist, and Shark Typhoon convert spell density into an evasive token army, while Tanazir Quandrix and Biomass Mutation scale those tokens into lethal combat threats. The list incorporates solid interaction in the form of flexible counterspells and creature removal to protect its board, while utilizing redundant Magecraft engines to maintain momentum even if the primary commander is disrupted.
