Deck overview

This Sultani Voltron deck is built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper, an indestructible 2/1 commander whose combat damage exiles cards from an opponent's library and lets you cast spells with mana value X or less for free. The primary game plan is to make Kotis as large and evasive as possible with a dense equipment suite, then use his trigger to chain free spells from opponents' decks. The deck leans heavily on combat damage as its win condition - there are no infinite combos - and supplements its Voltron plan with a solid interaction suite, strong card draw, and a handful of theft effects via Gonti, Night Minister and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept. The commander is the engine and the payoff; without him the deck's velocity drops markedly.
