Toxrill Deck by badmanjose

Format: Commander

Commander: Toxrill, the Corrosive

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Toxrill, the Corrosive anchors a slow -1/-1 counter control deck: it shrinks opposing boards during every end step, converts their deaths into Slug tokens, and lets those tokens become card draw. The primary plan is to resolve Toxrill, keep the board empty, and transition into a Yawgmoth/Nest of Scarabs/Blowfly Infestation loop that turns token deaths into drain damage. Secondary paths use Massacre Girl, Massacre Wurm, Contagion Engine, and The Meathook Massacre as both wipes and drain effects. No double-faced commander exists; the notable DFC is the non-commander Sephiroth, whose front side is a sacrifice/drain engine and whose back acts as an emblem-style finisher. Yawgmoth is the real hidden engine.
