Deck overview

Dain of the Ancient Halls leads a Boros Dwarf-tribal deck that floods the board with Dwarf tokens and Equipment, then uses his haste-y attack trigger to burn all opponents at once. The commander is the deck's primary finisher, turning every Dwarf on the battlefield into a point of damage. Secondary paths include Equipment voltron through Bruenor and Kili, and a Magda-based tutor shell that finds Helm of the Host or Goldspan Dragon. With Reckless Crew, An Unexpected Party, and Dain's Company, the deck can amass a wide Dwarf count quickly, then double the damage with Angrath's Marauders or multiply triggers with Bifur, producing a lethal swing in the midgame.
