This is a focused Dimir mill-and-reanimator deck helmed by Captain N'ghathrod. The primary game plan is to mill opponents' libraries using mass-mill spells, creature-based mill engines (Phenax, God of Deception, Bruvac the Grandiloquent), and Horror combat triggers, then capitalize on the filled graveyards with the commander's end-step reanimation. The deck leans heavily into infinite and near-infinite mill combos (Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage, Bruvac the Grandiloquent + kicked Maddening Cacophony) as its fastest closed wins.
