Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Gruul artifact and token aggro-burn strategy led by Aerid Konstrari. The primary game plan accelerates through dense low-mana dorks to cast Aerid on Turn 3. Entering with a Heartwood mana token and a 5/4 flying body, Aerid immediately unlocks powerful 4-power payoffs like Fanatic of Rhonas and The Great Henge. On Turns 4 and 5, the deck converts massive mana and artifact generation into game-ending pressure through two primary routes: explosive teamwide combat overruns via Craterclaw Colossus, Depthshaker Titan, or Aggravated Assault, and table-wide non-combat burn via Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist. Token doublers and cloners like Academy Manufactor, Parallel Lives, and Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink compound resource generation, enabling rapid finishes within a single turn cycle after critical onset.
