Deck overview

This is a high-variance Izzet spellslinger/control build helmed by Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The core plan is to turn every instant and sorcery into a cantrip and a 1-point ping, then leverage that snowballing card advantage into either a Niv-Mizzet, Visionary draw/burn loop, a massive copy-spell turn with Omniscience, Arcane Bombardment, or Swarm Intelligence, or an evasive token army from Talrand, Sky Summoner, Young Pyromancer, Murmuring Mystic, and The Locust God. The deck also includes a heavy land-denial/reset package and a fragile backup win in Triskaidekaphile. There is no fast mana and no tutor suite, so the deck relies on natural draws, density of spell-synergy pieces, and the commander's repeatable draw trigger to reach the mid-to-late game.
