atraxas angels by Chynski45

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice leads a four-color Angel life-gain midrange list. The primary plan is to curve into evasive Angels, turn life gain into +1/+1 counters with Archangel of Thune and Righteous Valkyrie, and finish with Angel tokens and Lord effects like Lyra Dawnbringer. Atraxa is not a combo piece; she supplies a 4/4 flying lifelink body and proliferates the counters and poison that the deck accumulates. Secondary paths are the token afterlife from Angelic Accord and The Book of Exalted Deeds, plus a slow poison/card-advantage line with Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa. There is no true hidden commander; Sigarda, Font of Blessings is the most powerful supporting legend, granting hexproof and top-of-library Angel casting.
