Deck overview

This is an Izzet tempo-combo list built around Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger, a 4-mana flying attacker who exiles cards on combat damage and free-casts Heroes or noncreature spells from that growing exile pile. The deck stacks seven extra-turn spells and five extra-combat effects so that once she connects, she can chain free Temporal Manipulation, Nexus of Fate, Full Throttle, and similar payoffs into a decisive turn storm. Secondary lines include classic Dualcaster Mage copy loops with Twinflame/Electroduplicate, big Earthquake finishes, theft via Blatant Thievery, and value engines like Chandra, Hope's Beacon, One with the Multiverse, and Vision, Spectral Synthezoid. The list plays as a combat-triggered free-spell engine backed by a dense counter suite, aiming to protect the Witch, connect repeatedly, and convert exile hits into extra turns or lethal combats.
