Tiamat

Format: Commander

Commander: Tiamat

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tiamat is a seven-mana tutor engine. When you cast it you search for up to five differently named Dragons and refill your hand. The primary plan ramps to Tiamat, then deploys those Dragons to win through combat. Atarka, World Render gives attacking Dragons double strike, while Scourge of Valkas, Terror of the Peaks, and Dragon Tempest turn each Dragon entry into direct damage. Secondary paths cheat Dragons into play without Tiamat using Sneak Attack, Kaalia of the Vast, Hellkite Courser, Show and Tell, and Court of Bounty. Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient acts as a hidden commander, generating burst mana when Dragons attack to chain multiple Dragons in one turn. The deck has no infinite combo and must win with combat and ETB damage.
