Deck overview

This is a mono-red ETB-burn deck built around Norin the Wary as an endlessly reusable blinking engine. Norin leaves whenever anyone casts a spell or attacks and returns at the next end step, turning every opponent's turn into a fresh creature-enters trigger. The 99 is packed with Impact Tremors-style pinger effects - Purphoros, God of the Forge, Agate Instigator, General Kreat, the Boltbringer, Molten Gatekeeper, and friends - amplified by red's damage-multiplier suite: Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Dictate of the Twin Gods, Furnace of Rath, Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Fiery Emancipation, and City on Fire. Wins come from repeatedly pinging the table, from a huge Tempt with Vengeance burst fueled by Mana Geyser, or from the Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty + Grinning Ignus loop with Altar of the Brood or any pinger as the payoff. Birgi is effectively the deck's hidden secondary engine, with the Harnfel, Horn of Bounty side providing late-game digging.
