Deck overview

This is a mono-green Voltron deck built to turn Hit-Monkey into an unstoppable, lethal threat. The commander's combination of hexproof, haste, and deathtouch makes it naturally resilient and ready to attack immediately. The primary game plan is to stack auras that scale power with lands or enchantments (Blackblade Reforged, Blanchwood Armor, Belt of Giant Strength, Ancestral Mask) and equipment that provides double strike (Fireshrieker, Leyline Axe, Genji Glove) and evasion (Brotherhood Regalia, Rogue's Passage). Genji Glove and the commander's haste allow same-turn extra combat chains to close out games. An enchantress-style draw package (Enchantress's Presence, Setessan Champion, Eidolon of Blossoms) keeps the hand full as auras are deployed. Fight spells like Beast Within, Primal Might, and Ram Through double as removal, while a dense protection suite of umbra armors and instant-speed hexproof/indestructible spells (Gaea's Gift, Tyvar's Stand) keeps the commander on board.
