Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated five-color Dragon tribal stompy strategy built around The Ur-Dragon. The deck leverages its commander's Eminence ability to reduce the casting cost of all Dragon spells by one generic mana from the command zone. Supported by a dense suite of two-mana ramp and Signets, the deck quickly establishes static draw engines such as Temur Ascendancy, Elemental Bond, and Garruk's Uprising. By Turn 4 or 5, it deploys high-impact flying threats like Hellkite Courser, Savage Ventmaw, and Dragonlord Ojutai, triggering continuous card draw and cheating massive permanents directly into play. The deck closes games through overwhelming aerial combat damage, supplemented by extra combat steps and asymmetric board wipes like Crux of Fate. High-utility interaction and mass reanimation spells ensure resilience against opposing disruption.
