Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Smaug, Wicked Worm commands a Rakdos treasure deck that converts artifact generation into massive mana, steady card draw, and game-ending burst damage. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost treasure generators and artifact payoffs to build a vast resource pool. Once Smaug enters the battlefield, spending treasure mana replaces spent cards and keeps your hand full. The deck closes out games through multiple lethal angles: infinite combat steps via Aggravated Assault paired with The Reaver Cleaver, alternate win conditions like Hellkite Tyrant and Revel in Riches, or draining the entire table with Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, and a massive Exsanguinate.
