Deck overview

Preston Garvey, Minuteman turns each combat into an additional colored-mana Aura and untaps enchanted permanents when he attacks. The deck uses that mana with cheap Auras, enchantress creatures, and token payoffs. Sram, Senior Edificer, Mesa Enchantress, Verduran Enchantress, Eidolon of Blossoms, and Tanglespan Lookout can turn Aura deployment into card flow, while Sigil of the Empty Throne, Archon of Sun's Grace, Ajani's Chosen, and Chishiro, the Shattered Blade build a board. Combat finishers include Reyav, Master Smith, Mazzy, Truesword Paladin, All That Glitters, and Ethereal Armor. The deck commonly assembles its commander engine around turn 6 and becomes a must-answer combat board around turn 8. It has useful removal and several protective Auras, but no compact infinite combo, no reliable full-table kill, and no sustained lock. Its main weaknesses are commander dependence, vulnerable creatures, and the need for several combat steps.
