Kuja Wizards by iBori

Format: Commander

Commander: Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Rakdos Wizard spellslinger builds a board of pinging Wizards and wins by casting noncreature spells. Kuja, Genome Sorcerer makes a tapped 0/1 Wizard each end step that deals 1 to each opponent per noncreature spell, and flips into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied to double all Wizard damage after you control four Wizards. The deck is built to flip and use the back face. It supports this with additional makers like Black Mage's Rod, Mysidian Elder, Queen Brahne and Lindblum // Mage Siege, plus payoffs such as Black Waltz No. 3 and Coruscation Mage. Collective Inferno and Tor Wauki the Younger act as backup doublers and hidden commanders when Kuja is unavailable. Secondary paths use sweepers and impulse draw to keep casting.
