Deck overview

This Boros deck is an aggressive tribal-midrange list commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The deck focuses on assembling a dense battlefield of Dwarves and leveraging their entrance triggers to amass a massive hoard of Treasure tokens. Once Thorin hits the board, every artifact token provides a static +1/+0 buff to all other Dwarves, quickly turning inexpensive utility creatures into formidable combat threats. The list incorporates tutor engines such as Dwarven Recruiter and Magda, Brazen Outlaw to assemble synergistic board states, find dragon payoffs, or execute artifact untap engines with Clock of Omens. A high density of efficient defensive spells ensures the creature swarm survives opposing board wipes, allowing the deck to close games through overwhelming combat damage or burn triggers from Ingenious Artillerist.
