Deck overview

This deck is a colorless artifact deck that leverages Traxos, Scourge of Kroog as a fast, high-power commander threat. Backed by premier colorless mana engines including Mishra's Workshop, Ancient Tomb, and efficient mana rocks, Traxos can enter the battlefield as early as Turn 2 or 3. Because Traxos untaps whenever you cast a historic spell, the high density of artifacts circumvents its untap restriction naturally. The deck seeks to close games via lethal commander damage, utilizing equipment like Blackblade Reforged, evasion from Manifold Key, and combat-constricting artifacts like Meekstone and Sands of Time. A secondary two-card infinite combo exists in Metalworker and Staff of Domination to generate infinite mana and draw the library, though the absence of dedicated tutors means the deck primarily wins through commander combat.
