Deck overview

This deck is a five-color legendary toolbox strategy piloted by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary objective is to rapidly fix all five colors using low-cost mana dorks and an optimized dual-land mana base, deploying Sisay on Turn 3. Once active, Sisay utilizes her repeatable activated ability to tutor legendary permanents directly from the library onto the battlefield. Because Sisay's search restriction depends on her power, the deck sequences color-diverse stepping-stone legendaries like Lavinia, Azorius Renegade and Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to enlarge Sisay, enabling her to tutor high-impact centerpieces. The primary win condition is a three-card loop combining Bloom Tender (or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds), Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and Emiel the Blessed to generate infinite mana. This allows Sisay to deploy all legendary creatures from the library, grant them haste via Samut, Voice of Dissent, buff them massively with Jodah, the Unifier, and attack for an immediate table kill on Turn 6.
