Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet tempo and Voltron build commanded by Captain Howler, Sea Scourge. The strategy converts looting and discard effects into explosive combat power. By casting low-cost cantrips, rummage spells, and wheels, you trigger Howler to pump attacking creatures and draw replacement cards upon dealing combat damage.
