Deck overview

Cloak and Dagger, Entwined is an Orzhov ETB-control deck. The commander is a cheap, repeatable answer: it strips a nonland card from a revealed hand or exiles a creature until it leaves. The deck's true engine is flicker: one-shot blink spells, Teleportation Circle, and Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward convert repeated enter-the-battlefield triggers into tokens, life, and cards. Abdel acts as the de facto second engine in the 99, reset with Charming Prince, Ephemerate, and similar effects. Lifegain payoffs such as Amalia Benavides Aguirre, Voice of the Blessed, and Elas il-Kor give the deck an eventual combat/drain kill. This is a grindy value deck, not a combo deck; it aims to outlast opponents and finish with a wide board.
