Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier commands an explosive Izzet spellslinger deck that converts cheap noncreature spells into lethal direct damage and bursts of mana. The primary gameplan revolves around developing Vivi early, attaching card-drawing auras like Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, and chaining low-cost cantrips and rituals to drain opponents while refilling the hand. The deck transitions into deterministic victories through compact combos such as Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, Underworld Breach looping Brain Freeze with Lotus Petal, or Quicksilver Elemental copying Vivi's mana ability. Robust countermagic and versatile bounce spells protect these combo turns, ensuring reliable finishes across multiple independent avenues.
