Deck overview

This Orzhov deck uses Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos to lead a Phyrexian tribal and artifact token strategy. Casting Phyrexian and artifact creature spells creates Incubator tokens with +1/+1 counters equal to their mana values, while Phyrexian deaths trigger end-step proliferation to grow the board. The deck uses low-cost mana rocks to cast Brimaz on Turn 4 and establish an engine on Turn 5. It takes control on Turn 6 with high-impact Praetors like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and mass-incubate engines like Elesh Norn // The Argent Etchings. Un-transformed Incubators naturally survive creature sweepers, allowing one-sided board wipes like Organic Extinction and Sunfall to clear opposing blockers while preserving your artifact army. The deck closes games around Turn 8 through wide, buffed combat damage.
