Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Bria, Riptide Rogue, built around the "otters and friends" prowess package. The core loop is simple: cast noncreature spells to trigger global prowess from Bria, pump the team, and use Bria's second ability to make a creature unblockable each time you cast a noncreature spell, then swing for damage. Coruscation Mage provides a parallel drain win, pinging each opponent on every noncreature spell, while Furygale Flocking and Zaffai and the Tempests offer big token and free-spell payoffs. The deck is a value-and-combat build with no infinite combos and no tutors, relying on incremental spell density, flash enablers like Valley Floodcaller, and graveyard recursion via Daring Waverider to grind out the win.
