Deck overview

Sharuum the Hegemon commands an Esper artifact control deck that combines topdeck manipulation, enter-the-battlefield value loops, and heavy graveyard reanimation. The deck controls the pace of the game using Lantern of Insight, tuck counterspells, and board interaction to disrupt opponents while sculpting the graveyard. Once in the mid-to-late game, Sharuum enters to cheat devastating artifact threats like Magister Sphinx and Angel of the Ruins onto the battlefield. Victory is achieved by looping Magister Sphinx with blink engines like Teleportation Circle to rapidly reduce life totals, milling opponents out with Tunnel Vision combos, or securing an alternate win with Mechanized Production.
