Kaalia of the Vast is a Mardu attack-trigger deck built to put Angels, Demons, and Dragons onto the battlefield for free while also attacking. The primary plan is to cast Kaalia on turn 4 with a haste enabler, attack, and cheat a high-impact creature such as Rune-Scarred Demon or Terror of the Peaks into play. Secondary plans include reanimating threats with Animate Dead and using demon tutors to assemble a finishing sequence around Archfiend of Despair's end-step drain, often doubled by Gisela, Blade of Goldnight. Kaalia, Zenith Seeker is a support value piece, not a hidden commander. The deck has no single-faced alternate commander and is built entirely around Kaalia of the Vast's attack trigger.
