Bracket: 2

Deck overview

A five-color +1/+1 counter and token-swarm deck built around the Partner pair Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart. Leonardo converts every token you make into a once-per-turn team-wide +1/+1 counter trigger and carries a five-color overrun (menace, trample, lifelink); Michelangelo adds a Raid counter and Food each turn you attack. The 99 is built to explode that engine: redundant counter modifiers (Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Corpsejack Menace, Innkeeper's Talent), token multiplication (Endless Foot Assault, Donatello, the Brains), and a turbo-combat package (Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals, Raphael, Tag Team Tough, Waves of Aggression) that turns a wide, counter-laden board into a one-turn, multi-combat table kill - often doubled by Raphael, the Muscle. Walking Ballista provides a burn/reach outlet once the counter engines are online. The deck wins by combat, and wants to do it in a single overwhelming turn.
