Commander: Norman Osborn // Green Goblin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Grixis discard-value wheel deck that starts with Norman Osborn as a cheap conniving threat and is built to use the back face, Green Goblin, as the real engine: the turn the Commander transforms, every discarded, nonland card becomes a cheap or mayhem-cast spell. The deck salts its graveyard with cantrips, rituals, and looting, then uses Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Magmakin Artillerist, Brallin, and Cool-but-not-Rude attendee to turn one big wheel or discard quantity into full-table burn. A secondary line uses Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler zone of the deck to turn life loss into draws and drain via Psychosis Crawler. The high-quality counter and redirect suite keeps the deck from being run over before the payoff. Norman Osborn is the legal Commander, but the deck is clearly built to pilot Green Goblin once the South is ready.
