Deck overview

This deck is a Boros aggro strategy built around Dwarf tribal synergy, Equipment, and the Storied mechanic. Led by Thorin Oakenshield, the deck deploys low-cost Dwarves, legendary permanents, and Equipment in the early turns to trigger an enduring story permanently. Once storied is active, Thorin grants ward {1} to your board while unlocking enhanced abilities across your army. Mid-game anchors like Fíli the Pathfinder flood the battlefield with Dwarf tokens, while Dáin Ironfoot, Desert Were-Worm, and Balin, Loremaster convert the board presence into lethal combat and burn damage. The deck relies on resilient combat steps, anthem buffs, and situational protection spells to overwhelm opposing life totals.
