Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Dinosaur tribal midrange strategy commanded by Pantlaza, Sun-Favored. The primary game plan focuses on deploying Pantlaza on Turn 4 to establish an ongoing Discover engine. Each subsequent Dinosaur cast triggers Discover based on its toughness, generating substantial tempo and board presence by casting free spells directly from the library. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6 by dropping high-impact threats such as Regisaur Alpha, Palani's Hatcher, Etali, Primal Storm, and Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, granting haste and trample to overwhelm opponents across multiple combat steps. While the deck boasts excellent resilience to commander removal due to Pantlaza's immediate enter-the-battlefield trigger, it features minimal stack protection and zero proactive stax pieces. Consequently, it relies on creature density, trample, and efficient spot removal like Path to Exile and Stroke of Midnight to outvalue and overrun opposing boards.
