Format: Commander

Commander: Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd leads a monowhite stax-and-blink deck. Its plan is to tax opponents with Archon of Emeria, Thalia, Leonin Arbiter, Deafening Silence, and similar pieces while using Phelia's attack trigger to repeatedly blink ETB creatures for cards, removal, and tokens. Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward acts as a hidden commander and token engine; with Preston, Felidar Guardian, and Ephemerate he can generate an unstoppable board. Blink multipliers like Delney and Elesh Norn, plus fast mana, let the deck pivot between a prison lock, a Serra Ascendant clock, and a grind-fest of Soldier tokens.
