Deck overview

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea is a mono-blue spell-slinger deck that turns flood-countered lands into massive mana discounts, then uses extra turns and spell recursion to loop toward victory. The deck controls the game with counterspells, bounces, and blockers while it sets up. Its primary combo is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana, then Blue Sun's Zenith to deck opponents. Backup lines include Archaeomancer or Mystic Sanctuary loops with extra-turn spells, and a Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring loop.
